The Greed is Real

Ah the classic tale of corporate greed strikes again. Andy Wiederhorn the brain behind Fat Brands allegedly siphoned off a cool $47 million from the company. Looks like someone decided to take the 'Fat' in Fatburger a little too literally!

Too Big to Fail?

It seems like Wiederhorn thought he was playing a real life game of Monopoly with the Fat Brands bank account. Well buddy in the real world the SEC does not mess around. Looks like someone forgot the golden rule 'Play stupid games win stupid prizes.'

From Fatburger to Federal Charges

Wiederhorn must have thought he was untouchable pulling off his antics from private jets to luxury vacations on the company's dime. Looks like the SEC wasn't buying what he was selling except maybe the $700k worth of jewelry.

IRS vs. Wiederhorn: Part II

With unpaid taxes since 2006 it looks like Wiederhorn has a knack for making enemies of the IRS. Maybe he should have taken a page out of my playbook and put those millions in an offshore account!

Facing the Music

Wiederhorn's day of reckoning has arrived. With arraignment pending it looks like the man behind Fat Brands might be feeling a little lighter in the wallet and possibly in the jewelry department.
