The Rise of Sweetgreen
So apparently Sweetgreen is on a killing spree but this time it's their stock price that's soaring not any actual Terminators. The salad chain reported a whopping $158 million in revenue beating Wall Street's expectations! Looks like their new strategy of adding meat to the menu is really beefing up their sales. Pun definitely intended.
Terminator Tech in Salad Chains?
Robots in a salad chain? Sweetgreen is really taking the whole 'future is now' thing to a whole new level. I guess the Infinite Kitchen is the closest thing we have to Skynet in the salad world. Hey as long as they don't start serving T 800s as sides I'm cool with it.
Steak Ing Their Claim
"We're thrilled to bring customers more of what they are craving at every part of the day," says Sweetgreen's chief concept officer. Yeah well I'm still waiting for them to start offering plasma rifles in the 40 watt range as a protein option. Now THAT would be a meal worth coming back in time for.

Looks like Sarah Connor might have a new favorite salad spot with all this meat on the menu.

Sweetgreen's success story is sweeter than any salad dressing out there.
