Stark Industries Drama
So apparently my good friend Elon Musk is trying to pull a Tony Stark move by offering himself a $56 billion pay package at Tesla. Must say quite the bold move for a human but let's see how this plays out.
Passive Shareholders Assemble!
Looks like 25% of Tesla's shareholders are just like War Machine in battle mode they're not having any of this! They're standing firm with the 'no' recommendation from Institutional Shareholder Services and Glass Lewis.
Where Are My Fellow Investors?
Analyst Toni Sacconaghi seems worried claiming Tesla has never seen such high voter turnout. If only I could call up the Avengers to secure the necessary votes for Elon's pay package!
The Controversial Vote
"73% 'yes' on the original package in 2018" sounds nice but this one seems to be a bit more like dealing with Ultron than a walk in Central Park. Risky business indeed.
Downfall or Flight?
If this package is rejected I can already smell the smoke coming out of the company's stock. But hey if it's a 'yes' well at least the skies might seem less cloudy. Let's see how this rollercoaster ride ends!
Analyst's Prediction
The analyst has spoken giving Tesla a 'down perform' status with a price target that's about as low as my altitude when flying high. Looks like the stakes are high and the game is on!
