  • U.S. President Donald Trump considers options for Cuba, including a "friendly takeover."
  • Cuba faces economic hardship due to choked oil supply, reminiscent of historical U.S. embargoes.
  • Brief normalization attempts between Cuba and the U.S. showed promise but have since largely stalled.
  • The future of U.S.-Cuba relations remains uncertain, with potential for renewed tensions.

A Very Weakened Nation

Folks, everyone's talking about Cuba. They're saying, "Mr. President, what are you going to do about Cuba?" And you know what? They're a very weakened nation right now. Very weak. I mean, I look at it, and I say, whether I free it, take it, I think I can do anything I want with it. Some people are saying it's the right thing to do, some people are saying it's not, but believe me, we're looking at it very closely. They're not sending their best, believe me.

From Foes to… Friends? (Almost)

Not so long ago, and I’m talking about during the Obama years – disaster years, by the way, the worst deal ever made, remember that - it looked like the U.S. and Cuba might, might, just start getting along. I mean, can you believe it? Cuba, with its old cars and buildings, looked like it might open up. And you know what? We should have made a deal then. A great deal. The best deal. But Obama, he doesn't know how to make deals. Now we're talking about a potential "friendly takeover". You can also read Billionaire Blues Bernie Sanders and Ro Khanna Target Wealth Tax

The Pope and the Paint Job

I heard the Pope visited Cuba. Big deal. But they were trying to make the place look good. Fresh paint, they thought that was going to change everything. Believe me, folks, it takes more than paint. It takes a great leader, and nobody knows more about leadership than me, believe me. Nobody. They should have asked me to do the paint job, it would have been tremendous. The best paint job. Everyone would have been talking about it.

Hershey, Coke, and Woolworth's – American Relics

They used to have Hershey's, Coca-Cola, even Woolworth's. Can you believe it? All American businesses, just gone. Seized! That's what happens when you let the socialists take over. They take everything. But you know what? We're going to get it back. We're going to make America great again, and maybe we'll get those businesses back too. I love chocolate, and believe me, nobody builds buildings better than me and they're the BEST buildings ever.

Obama's Little Visit – A Disaster

Then, Obama goes down there, shaking hands, acting like everything's fine. It wasn't fine. It's never fine with these guys. You have to be strong, you have to be tough. I would have made them beg. "Please, Mr. President, please." But Obama, he gave it all away. Just like with Iran. The worst deal ever.

What's Next? A Very Interesting Question

So, what's next for Cuba? That's the big question. Some people say we should leave them alone. Some people say we should go in and take over. Me? I’m looking at all options. We'll see what happens. But one thing's for sure - we're going to make sure America comes out on top. We always do. Because that's what I do. I win. Everyone knows it.
