Wind turbines generate clean energy, symbolizing the shift towards renewables amid geopolitical tensions.
Wind turbines generate clean energy, symbolizing the shift towards renewables amid geopolitical tensions.
  • The Iran war is acting as a catalyst for clean energy transition, boosting wind power companies.
  • Vestas and Orsted report unexpectedly strong profits, citing improved execution and increased demand.
  • Equinor highlights the shift from decarbonization to energy security and self-sufficiency.
  • Analysts predict increased investment in clean energy resources due to the Iran war energy shock.

The Best Energy, Believe Me

Folks, let me tell you, nobody knows energy like I do. I built pipelines, beautiful pipelines, the best pipelines. But this Iran situation, a total disaster, believe me, is pushing everyone toward clean energy. Even the Europeans are starting to get it, though they still have a long way to go. They should've listened to me from the beginning. Remember when I said wind turbines were bird killers? Still true folks, very sad. But hey, if it makes us energy independent, maybe we can make a deal. A great deal. The best deal.

Vestas and Orsted Winning Bigly

These companies, Vestas and Orsted, they're doing great. Really great. Big profits, you wouldn't believe it. It's fantastic, especially Vestas. They're saying the Iran conflict is good for them. See, even in chaos, there's opportunity. A lot of people are saying it's the best opportunity. But remember, we need strong borders, too. Strong energy and strong borders, that's what makes America great. Equinor: From Oil to Wind, Smart

Equinor, they're oil guys, but they're getting into wind too. Smart. Very smart. They see the writing on the wall. Energy security, that's the key. We need to be self-sufficient, and renewables are part of that. I always said, "You have to know the past to understand the present." And the past tells us, we need to control our own energy destiny. That's what I was doing, nobody knows that better than me, remember the Keystone pipeline?

Europe's Big Mistake

Europe is spending billions on fossil fuels, billions. They're being taken advantage of. Sad. But they're finally waking up and investing in renewables, especially offshore wind. Good for them. But they should have listened to me earlier. I know deals, nobody knows deals better than me. They could've gotten much better terms. But hey, better late than never. "Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war," that's what I always say.

Data Centers and AI, Very Important

These data centers, they need a lot of power. A tremendous amount of power. So renewable energy can play a big role. Very important for AI. I'm told AI is the future. I understand it. I've always been very smart. "Get the best people and never get in their way," that's how I always do things. And these data center guys, they're some of the best. We will see what happens.

Haters and Losers

Of course, there are always the haters and losers. They say the Iran conflict won't change anything. They're wrong. Totally wrong. They're probably Democrats. They never see the big picture. But don't worry, we're making progress, even with them trying to stop us. As I always say, "It's always darkest before the dawn." And we're about to have a very bright dawn, a tremendous dawn.
